Bringing free online activities to people with a disability
Connecting Couches delivers a range of online activities via Zoom to provide people of all abilities with the opportunity to try out new hobbies from the comfort of their own home. All sessions run for 30 minutes on the day and time indicated.

Our Class Instructors
Drumming with Jess
Mondays at 11 am
Jessica has had a love for music since she was in the womb, with her mum recalling that her first kick was when the drums started up at a concert. Using drums as the medium, Jessica assists people to tap into their own spark for life, relaxation and overall enjoyment
Stretch & Dance with Amy
Tuesdays at 11 am
Amy was trained in classical ballet since age 4 and attained Cert IV in Dance at 18. She is currently studying a double degree in Bachelors of Sport and Exercise Science/ Nutrition. Amy has a love and passion for health, wellbeing and artistry that runs deep.
Yoga with Lorraine
Wednesdays at 11 am
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE CLASS
Join Lorraine for a gentle Yoga class where we’ll explore movement, relaxation and meditation. Each class will be unique to the group and is designed to be accessible to all. We will vary our sequences to compliment chair and ground work.
Music with Shae
Thursdays at 11 am
Shae is a 22-year-old singer/songwriter with a love for all things music! She recently graduated from The Australian Institute of Music with a Bachelor in Contemporary Voice, and now currently work with Kids on Key teaching school children Voice and Keyboard.
Art with Heather
Fridays at 11am
Heather is an experienced visual artist and tutor with many years in the community arts teaching retired people and those with disabilities. She sees art have a positive influence in peoples lives every day. It brings joy, relaxation and the opportunity to connect
