Amy was trained in classical ballet since age 4 and attained Cert IV in Dance at 18.  She is currently studying a double degree in Bachelors of Sport and Exercise Science/ Nutrition.

Amy has a love and passion for health, wellbeing and artistry that runs deep.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE CLASS

Amy’s teaching encompasses a wholistic approach; understanding the body and the movements in each individual’s body, no matter their age, ability or previous knowledge.

Amy will start with light stretch – which can be done from a chair or standing – and her lively dance session will allow all abilities to enjoy music and movement.
