Plan Support
Our Plan Support service is offered free of charge, and is available to assist you in accessing the NDIS and securing the best Funding Plan to suit your needs.

What can we help you with?
Assist you to apply for NDIS Access
The NDIS application process can be confusing and daunting. We can help by providing you with the application form and explaining the steps involved. We can phone the NDIA with you to get the ball rolling. We can then help you gather the reports required, and lodge the application with you.
Prepare you for the NDIS Planning Meeting
Once you have been approved for NDIS, you can meet face-to-face with a Plan Support team member, at a time and place that suits you. Our team will help you get ready for the Planning Meeting with the Planner or LAC (Local Area Coordinator).
We can discuss:
- The types of supports the NDIS will and won’t fund
- The types and frequency of supports which you may need to help you with your disability
- Your short-term (12 months) and long-term (5 year) goals. A very important part of the NDIS process.
We will then prepare a report with everything we have discussed and, if you would like us to, we can support you by accompanying you to your Planning Meeting.

Help you to understand your new NDIS plan
Once you have received your NDIS plan, we can help you understand the next steps. We’ll provide a Funding Breakdown which can help you understand how the funding can be used.
It is important that you don’t over-spend, as the NDIS will not top up the funding if you spend too much too fast. It is also important that the plan not be under-spent, as that means that you are not availing of the support you need, and it may be more difficult to secure NDIS funding in the future.
